Most of our staff are from the local area and have inherited their beautiful Balinese nature from their surroundings. However, we understand us as an international team with many traditions and cultural habits.

Everything from the staff, to the room to the facilities was perfect. Room service was great. The pool was very nice. The staff repeatedly went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
We stayed for 3 nights last week in a garden villa with a private pool and from the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. The staff are so welcoming and really care that their customers have all they need to relax and enjoy their holiday. The resort is really well organised, immaculately clean, the rooms are so spacious and the food is divine.
The staff are honestly some of the nicest people we have ever met, they love to have a chat with you and are constantly checking that everything is ok and if there is anything they can do to help…
Wonderful staff, beautiful property, great inclusions such as water sports equipment and breakfast. This is such a perfect spot for a quiet getaway. I secretly hope it remains undiscovered because it is so serene and peaceful. Cannot wait to come back soon!
We spent a night at Lovina for see dolphin, from several hotel we try, The Lovina beach villa is all what you need, from private villa, suite or deluxe room, beachfront resort make easy to enjoy the beach as well as the right place to have local boat for see the dolphin, staff is great, service was amazing and love this place to stay
We had an awesome stay at The Lovina while touring north Bali. The hotel is a full resort with a beautiful pool and beach front restaurant and bar. The rooms were large, clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I had the catch of the day for dinner and it was one of my favorite meals in two weeks in Bali. We did a fun sunset boat cruise offered by the hotel. The hotel is close to many of the waterfalls and other sites in north Bali…
We recently stayed at The Lovina with a couple of other families and had a wonderful time. The resort has been really well maintained during the pandemic and the rooms were clean and very well set up.
We stayed in the Poolside Suites and found them to be an excellent choice with kids who are constantly in and out of the pool. Plus the kitchen facilities allowed us to prepare food for the fussier members of the group easily while the adults enjoyed the restaurant…
We returned to The Lovina for the third time in June 2022, as a family of 3. It was lovely to be welcomed back by the same staff and made to feel at home. The service is impeccable, the facilities extremely well maintained, comfortable and the food delicious. Our 8 year old daughter loves both the resort pools, exploring the beach, and interacting with the friendly and trustworthy staff. We have complete confidence in the babysitting services provided (our daughter couldn’t wait to get rid of us for a day of fun with the staff!)…
We had a lovely 4 night stay at the lovina Bali. Staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful they really made us feel welcome on our stay. Room was clean and had everything you needed. We enjoyed eating at the beach restaurant which had a good selection of food and drink, was lovely to sit and watch the sunset. We took two tours with the hotel both we thought very reasonably priced. We did the secret garden and waterfall tour. We had our own driver who took us there and a super tour guide to show us round the waterfalls…
This is a great place to enjoy a quiet getaway without the crowds. There is plenty to do if you wish ie snorkeling off the beach or even better a short boat ride or even try a daily morning yoga sessions. However the best thing was the staff – always there to help with a smile. A special mention to the staff at the day spa .
We had a wonderful 4 nights here during a tour of Bali. The rooms were very well appointed with full size fridges and a small cooking area ,the bed was large and comfortable and our terrace lead out on to a pool. As the hotel was not overly full we felt like this was our own private pool.The facilities at the beach and poolside were excellent and well kept. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food is well cooked and presented and cocktails and drinks were great. A lovely beachside hotel in a relaxing holiday resort.
We came here on a Luxury Escapes holiday and were thoroughly impressed. The 2 bedroomed beachside villa is huge and spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Great food at breakfast and dinner (on the beach) and nothing was too much trouble for F &B Manager Benny. The massages in the spa were perfect special thanks to Putri for fixing my bad back! The spa was very good value for money which meant we booked additional treatments to the ones included…
Just back from a ten day trip to Bali that included five days at Lovina. Yeah, it’s a bit of a drive to get there but coupled with a stopoff for lunch it’s part of the experience with Balinese driving as entertaining as it is! We were four couples and stayed in the 4BR villa with private pool and it was sensational. It was hard to tear yourself away from there to experience some of what the area has to offer. As noted by others, the staff here are just fantastic and the girls voted the massages and treatments in the Day Spa as good as any they have had…
